Simple, cooling raitha

Gluten Free, Nut Free, Sugar Free, Vegetarian

Ingredients:

Greek yoghurt (approx. 300g)
Milk
Salt
Black pepper
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Fresh coriander

Method:

1. Pour some greek yoghurt into a bowl and add a splash of milk and stir to create a smooth consistency.
2. Add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, garam masala and chilli powder.
3. Stir and then add some coriander to garnish.

Perfect cooling agent with every Indian dish!
